SOMETHING BAD HAPPEN TO ME TODAY~~~!!!!!!
Had vocal lesson at 5 but i ended school at 3... So decided to went tiong bahru find mummy...
Alot of ppl though, then i was hanging ard there.... Mum asked me to help out and so i did....
There was this mother and son asking phone then i served them....
Then there sits a very UNREASONABLE LADY and her china husband, she keeps asking abt the difference between the 2 sony ericsson phones and BASICALLY THERE IS NOT MUCH DIFFERENce as what we know.
Then she kept on asking and asking, then was like making things hard for my mum, then i stepped in and KINDLY said:" mdm, if you want to know the SPECIFIC differences between the 2 phones, u have to check it online."
Then she pick up a fuss and say :" i came to buy a phone and you ask me go home find out the info myself???"
Then i was like trying to explain to her that we, the sales line dunno the functions and specification of each phone then she insisted that i'm in the wrong.... YOU WANNA BUY A PHONE, JOLLY WELL GO CHECK IT OUT FIRST ma..... Yaya, i know that customers are always right.
Then i shut my mouth and serve my own customer...
Then the boss was sitting behind me... He suddenly spoke and say sry to the lady, the she say its ok, she long forgotten the incident. Then she explained herself saying she only wanna know the differences and say that it was rude for me to say what i've said.
Then another guy colleague came, the lady ask him... THEN U KNOW WHAT HE SAY????
HE SAID:" Basically, these two phones are quite similar, no much differences", the the lady reply:" ok.. well.... thnx... YOU ARE MORE KNOWLEGABLE!!!"
Hello, WTF, didnt i said that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! argh~~~~~~
Luckily, the customer i'm serving tell my boss :" she's good, dont worry."
My eyes suddenly filled with tears... OMFG, i am fking EMO can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I faster serve finish this customer and i took my bag and went toilet to cry!!!! zzz...
Dont ask me why i cry...
I just feel insulted...
I just feel i'm being blame when i'm not in the wrong...
I just cant swallow this anger!!!!
Gosh, why on earth got this kind of ppl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNREASONABLE!

Think abt how i response to you and the doc and how you response to my incident?
I just feel unheard... Thats all...
Nothing much....
Guess the best remedy for us now baby, is to avoid.
