Had a bad quarrel with dear on fri night... i mean bad as in REAL BAD.... Haiz, kinda still tramatized by that night still, although we talked things out alr, but seems like it still happened over and over the same issue.... argh!!!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO?????

Ps: Had my gems lesson that day.. Teacher said something meaningful... In a relationship, both party MUST learn to JOIN VERBAL WITH NON-VERBAL!!!! Meaning, say things and say your feelings out, DON'T ASSUME the other party knows how u feel and what u thinks, coz NOBODY IN THIS WORLD have this ability (alright, maybe psychic).
Eg. You are unhappy with ur partner, then ur partner asked whether u are ok, and u give him/her a"attitude" face saying u are not cause u are afraid that he/she will be angry back at u for throwing temper. THIS IS WRONG!!!!! Say nicely to him/her WHY YOU ARE ANGRY/CRYING/SAD and let them know hoe you feels... and the other party MUST UNDERSTAND, if not TALK THINGS OUT!!!!!
